Moraira is a small coastal town situated in the the Costa Blanca, between Javea and Calpe, in the La Marina Alta district. Moraira has about 320 sunny days a year with temperature above 20 degree Celsius, making perfect conditions of not too hot and not too cold, WHO recommended Moraira’s climate as one of the most equitable in the world.
The main beach Ampolla is located next to the castle, a 18th century fortress on a rock. El Portet is a small beach of fine sand and clear waters. Both beaches have been awarded with the Blue Flag Award for cleanliness.
