Illegal incursion by a Spanish customs (Aduanas) vessel Aguila IV on 09/09/20. The Spanish vessel is deemed to have taken “executive action” in Gibraltar waters as it pursued a local fast launch.
It stopped near the Ocean Village refuelling point.
The Spanish vessel left the port and a HM Customs vessel was dispatched to talk to the Spanish crew. @Railfreight37
